In 1910 the building boasted the name Mutual Building while the building housed the Mutual Mortgage Company. The building has been home to a variety of businesses including the H.L. In 1966, the Lannom Building and the Smith-Irwin Building were both razed to make room for the Oklahoma Tire and Supply (OTASCO) auto supply store, current home of Ettinger's Office Supply at 124 SE Frank Phillips Blvd. (2019). Note: Ettingers Office Supply moved from the building week of July 20-24, 2020 to a Highway 75 location. |
